Tournament entries can be mailed or dropped off at the Bench Warmer Bar.

The BWGC mailbox is located to the left (bar side) of the front door.

1. All on-line payments include a credit Card processing fee charged by the credit card clearing house.   Processing fee is 3.5% + $0.30 rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
2. Any refunds for electronic payments may take up to 60 days to review and process.
3. You can also print out the form and and mail a check to the POC provided to avoid this fee.
4. you will receive two emails:

• Confirmation of form completion
• A receipt from "Stripe" for your credit card payment.

We will be holding a 50/50 (winner keeps 50%, club keeps 50%) raffle at each tournament with proceeds going to the year end party.  Listed as "50/50 Donation" on the credit card payment.

Rules

• One ticket for $5 
• Be sure to put your name on the ticket (if paid in advance ,  we'll do it) 
• You do not need to be present to win
• If no winner can be identified,  entire $ will go to the party fund

Bench Warmer Golf Club play is conducted  in accordance with the USGA Rules of Golf.
