On-Line payments

This section lets you make payments on-line using a credit card. 

All on-line payments include a credit Card processing fee charged by the credit card clearing house.  Any refunds for electronic payments may take up to 60 days to review and process.

You can also print out the form and and mail a check to the POC provided to avoid this fee.
